Hi there! I'm Jmar (they/them), a multidisciplinary artist thirsting for originality and innovation. My diverse creative background spans illustration, painting, photography, video, set production and installation, floral design, gallery shows, and art instruction.
Over the last 15 years, I've developed my skills into an artistic force. My florals have appeared on Broadway, The Tonight Show, and several gala events throughout the city; and my artwork has been featured on Broadway playbills; they’ve collaborated with Van Cleef & Arpel; and I've even been lucky enough to participate in pop-up experiences with Land’s End and Etsy.
As an artist, I'm all about exploring the beauty and complexity of the world through photography, set design, and fine art. An extensive amount of travels and experience have given me a wealth of material to draw from in my craft. I've met all kinds of characters and seen all kinds of worlds, which has helped me develop a keen eye for detail and a wild imagination. Whatever medium I'm working with, I'm always looking for ways to bring those characters and worlds to life.
